Define JD Skills Focus
Define a JD with a list of skills required (to focus on). Then add candidates for the JD. This will guide interviewers to focus on relevant skills.
Monthly Billing
On the basis of candidate levels (i.e., interviewer levels) and the number of interviews, a monthly bill will be generated.
Get Interview Report & Audio
After the interview on the planned date, you will get a report and an audio recording link for that candidate. This will help you decide on further rounds.
Share Your Feedback
Provide feedback for each interview regarding whether the interview conducted by us was well done. We are always open to feedback and improvements in the process.
